- What is the purpose of RUR? -
The Realm of Underground Resources ( RUR ), is just what the title says. It is a place that supports freedom of speech, and of knowledge. I am hoping to further your understanding of a true hacker and of the computer underground. I am providing this information for those who are willing and wanting to learn. I am sharing this information with others, because I beleive it is what's right. Sure I may be only one person, but I can make a difference.

- Who is RUR? -
RUR is made up of every single individual that has come across, and taken the time to read and understand the information given to you on this webpage. - Can I link to your site? -
Yes!! Of course, please do!!! Just add a text link like [ RUR ] or [ Realm of Underground Resources ]. Email me and tell you have linked to my page, and I will link to yours.

- Will you join my hacking group? -
Sorry but I will not be joining any hacking groups any time soon. I feel that most of them have no point and just get themselves into trouble. Besides I do not have time to join a group, this webpage takes up much more time than I'd expexcted.

- Will you join my webring? -
It depends. If it is a ring solely for the purpose of generating more hits, no. But if it is a ring made to share knowledge with other people or groups, then send me a description of it, along with the number of members and I will consider it.

- What do you use to create your graphics? -
I use Paint Shop Pro version 4 without addons or plugins. I have been looking for Adobe Phtotshop but can't seem to find it anywhere for free. If you would like to send it my way, contact the webmaster.

- Will you help me create my webpage/graphics? -
Once I finish this page of mine, I will gladly help you with yours for a minimal fee, if any at all. Email me with your request and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

- What is a Hacking? -
Hacking is the pursuit of knowledge. It is penetrating en enclosed computer system and leaving without a trace, and leaving it unchanged. Only true hackers do not damage the system or alter any files, they are there for information sake only. The word 'hacker' can also be used to describe a very skilled computer programmer, or someone very knowledgeable about the computer underground.
